Faith Based Resource Center
Bridges Of Hope: Healing The Wounds Of Incarceration
Santa Clara County Mental Health Department (SCCMHD) contracted with Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph, to launch a faith based resource center (FBRC) focusing on the provision of reentry services and case-management to individuals and families healing from the effects of incarceration in local jail or state prison.
How You Can Help
Please donate razors, deodorant, tooth brushes and toothpaste, toiletries, socks, ponchos, beanies, scarves, gloves and umbrellas. Volunteer opportunities are available including organizing a team to make sandwiches.
