The Handicapables Program of Catholic Charities is for adults and older adults with disabilities that provides opportunities for socialization within a group with common interests and concerns.

The Senior Nutrition Program serves hot, nutritious meals to seniors (age 60+) five days a week in a social environment at two sites in Santa Clara County.

Long-Term Care
The Ombudsman Program visits approximately 11,000 residents per year. We have staff members and volunteers making calls, with an active volume of 20-40 calls per week.
