Employment Services for Individuals with a Mental Health Diagnosis
focus FOR Work Program (FFW)
FFW assists adults with mental health diagnoses in choosing, getting, and keeping employment. This is an individual strength-based program available to mutual clients of the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services.
We teach you how to create a resume, perfect your interview techniques, make employer connections, and more.
You’ll have an Employment Specialist who will assist you in finding the job that you want.
We provide one-on-one support and personalized assistance that is relevant to your situation.
Keep your job; once you get a job, your Employment Specialist will provide on-site or off-site support.
To get referred, ask your Department of Rehabilitation Counselor to refer you to the Catholic Charities’ Employment Program.
