Catholic Charities Employment Network programs offer individual and group employment services for finding jobs.

Focus for Work (FFW) provides Employment services for adults with a mental health diagnosis who are consumers of the California State Department of Rehabilitation.

Fees for Service (FFS) is employment services for adults who are consumers of Department of Rehabilitation. The fees are covered by Department of Rehabilitation authorization.

I Can Work (ICW) is Vocational Case Management for individuals with a mental health diagnosis. These consumers are from Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services and desire to find employment.

Individual Placement and Support Services (IPS) offers Employment Specialists are embedded in three MH services teams. AACI, Gardner and Central Wellness Benefit Center.

Right Directions Program (RDP) is employment services for Re-entry clients.

Employment Pathfinder provides employment services for job seekers.
